The kingdom of Morocco has developed a strategy of attraction of the foreign investments in an institutional and legal frame(executive).
A " Charter of the Investment " was adopted in 1995 to incite the foreign investors to become established in the country. The main incentive measures relative to real estate investments and tourism business are:
- Exemption from duties of recording on the acts of acquisition of grounds intended for the realization of a project. This regime also applies to companies investing(surrounding) in the regions of priority development.
- Regime of convertibility for the foreign investments realized in Morocco in currencies(slogans).
- Protection of the investments and the free transfer of the capital and the incomes of the capitalization.

- Total exemption from the company tax on the first 5 years of activity.
- Exemption from the VAT and from the Obvious during 5 years.
- Exemption from the VAT for the acquired immobilizations locally.
Morocco concluded 51 bilateral agreements for the guarantee and the protection of the investments as well as 33 agreements of not double taxation.

Furthermore, the product of the sale of any property, in main home during at least 8 years is tax-exempt and in its entirety transferable on your European accounts.
